We are so confident that you will love our products, we have created a multi-level guarantee program so you can Prove It to yourself that TETRA is the industry best hearing technology, while you will be Worry-Free that you made the best decision and that our goal is for you to be a valued customer for a Lifetime. The TETRA Hearing guarantees include:

15 Day Prove It Guarantee: Simply put, Hearing is Believing. After your 15-day Test Drive, if you don’t love your TETRA products, you can return them for a full refund (minus a Custom Programming Fee) as long as you communicate with us within 15 days of purchase and return an undamaged and properly functioning device(s). 

30 Day Worry-Free Guarantee: If a problem can be solved, why worry? You should never worry that you didn’t make the best choice in choosing the specialized TETRA programs or devices. We believe in No Worries, Be Happy because the Worry-Free Guarantee at TETRA Hearing will allow you to make changes in programing or exchanges in models during the first 30 days. If we can’t make you happy, then you have the option to return your purchase for a full refund, minus a non-refundable $99 Custom Programming Fee per device.

Lifetime Boom-a-Rang Guarantee: For whatever reason, if the first attempt with a TETRA Hearing product was unsuccessful and you chose to return for a refund, when you come back and try another product, you will receive the previous Custom Programming Fee that was non-refundable as a credit toward your new TETRA device purchase.

Return Instructions

If you wish to return your devices for a full refund, please contact us below for a Return Authorization (RA) form and number within 15 days of the delivery date. You must have an RA number for your return.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt and verification of proper funtioning of your returned devices, typically within 5-10 days of receipt. CustomShield returns take longer to process.
  • As long as you contact customer service within 15 days of delivery, returns must be postmarked or shipped within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Devices must be returned in good working condition, with no signs of abuse or misuse.
  • TETRA is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • TETRA cannot accept COD returns. COD packages will be refused.
  • TETRA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRODUCT SENT TO US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
