A little over three years after launching TETRA Hearing™, we now have over 20,000 TETRA devices in ears used by the hunting and shooting community. Given the exponential growth, we have recently expanded our team with some of the best talent in the industry. Our newest additions to the TETRA Hearing™ team are Shane Shoemake, Riley Qualls and Crews Holt.

Shoemake joins TETRA Hearing™ as the Director of Media from a successful tenure of media production and education across industry-leading brands throughout his career. Known for always thinking outside the box, Shane comes from his own media production business called SkyVue Media, where he and his family have worked alongside some of the top brands in the Nashville/Franklin, TN area. TETRA hits home specifically for him with how relatable and important the topic of hearing protection is both in and outside the outdoor sector. Taking on the Director of Media role for TETRA Hearing™, Shane aims to build the story behind the TETRA brand and create turkey content, along with developing the right relationships with media partners and the most well-respected brands in the outdoor space, propelling our efforts as the innovation leader in hearing technology.

Qualls joins TETRA Hearing™ from an extensive management, hospitality, and customer service background. With a proven track record, Riley is a great addition to the TETRA Hearing™, providing a successful consumer journey for those that embark on the ‘TETRA Experience’  bringing his attention to detail to the forefront when it comes to internal operations, customer service and creating an unparalleled experience for the TETRA user. Residing in Franklin, Riley will take on the role of Operations Manager for TETRA Hearing™, to advance our unique story and strong value propositions. 

Holt joins TETRA Hearing™ as the Program Manager of eCommerce. With a well-known passion for helping people and his personal love of the outdoors. Crews is a graduate of MTSU with a degree in Business Administration - Major in Marketing, as well as a five-year tenure as a collegiate athlete on MTSU’s football team. Before his recruitment to TETRA, Crews worked daily in the healthcare channel in consumer lead generation and management, optimizing the customer experience across the sales funnel.  As the Program Manager of eCommerce, Crews will focus his time on continuing the growth of our Direct-to-Consumer channels here at TETRA, with a focus on sales growth and managing sales analytics across all TETRA platforms.
