United StatesI already have hearing loss, so I bought the alpha shield device that is also a hearing aid. The device is OK. It does block out the biggest part of the boom when someone shoots. The non-shooting mode leaves a lot to be desired. It's definitely not the same quality of sound as my hearing aid. It's kind of like wearing a fish bowl over your head.
